Surface Level
Frank is Bold, Aggressive, Vulgar, and Hedonistic. He often engages in Self-Indulgent behaviors like sex, drinking alcoholic beverages, and smoking marijuana. He also enjoys harassing and insulting others for his own amusment. Frank shows very little care for “social decency” unless he knows he can get something he wants out of it. Surprisingly, he mostly yields to people he knows will annihilate him. Although he clearly isn’t very happy about it. For example, Jotaro and especially DIO. If he finds out a way he can get a leg up on or blackmail someone who has power over him, he’ll use it. He will do anything he knows he can get away with.
Despite his usual behavior, he is much smarter than people assume. For example, He isn't as crass at first when flirting with strangers, despite how he presents himself usually.
